Shipping is done through Canada Post or through internal delivery. Delivery timing within Canada can be between 1-5 business days. Delays may occur that are out of our control.
All orders are packaged fresh to order. None of our inventory is prepackaged. Orders take 1-2 business days to package. Larger orders may take longer. The business day ends at 5pm EST.
You will receive an email order confirmation after your order is made and an official electronic receipt. Please check your spam/junk folder.
Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a notification from the shipping company with all relevant information including tracking details.
